Case studies are created for all new projects that include mold flow, draft checks, and electronic assembly of components for fit checks. One appointed programming engineer will be following up the project from the beginning of tooling to the mold delivery. Cubic tooling has built its reputation on customer service by focusing on customer needs. To continuously understand these needs we have developed our Project Management / Customer Service team which uses three primary tools to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. These primary tools are monitored daily for progress and relayed to our customers through weekly progress reports:

1. Mold Manuals: provide the customer a record of our quality documents along with detailed program overview.

2. Progress reporting: offers the customer weekly progress reporting using either our format or a customer supplied format.
